Most agencies discover the hard part of a drone program after the aircraft arrives. Flights have to be planned the same way every time, tracked while they’re in the air and documented well enough to hold up months later.

Join Joshua Pruitt and Joe Malorgio of the Versaterm DroneSense team for a live demonstration of the platform. Drawing on decades of experience supporting agencies nationwide, we'll show how they're simplifying operations, improving situational awareness, and building scalable drone programs that are ready for everyday missions and large-scale incidents alike.

Whether you're launching your first UAS program, preparing for Drone as First Responder (DFR), or looking to replace disconnected tools and manual processes, you'll see how Versaterm DroneSense supports the operational backbone of your program.

What You'll See

Using real-world public safety workflows, we'll demonstrate how agencies can:

  • Plan and execute missions using standardized operational procedures
  • Manage pilots, aircraft, batteries, equipment, and documentation from a single platform
  • Stream live video and telemetry to command staff and authorized stakeholders
  • Capture flight records automatically to simplify FAA compliance and agency reporting
  • Monitor fleet readiness, operational activity, and program health
  • Coordinate operations across multiple pilots, teams, and mutual aid partners
  • Scale from a single aircraft to an enterprise-wide drone program without increasing administrative burden

Built by Operators. Designed for Operators.

Versaterm DroneSense wasn't built simply to log flights. It was designed to help agencies manage the operational complexity of a modern public safety drone program - from routine deployments to large-scale, multi-agency incidents.

Throughout the session, we'll share operational best practices gathered from supporting hundreds of public safety organizations, providing practical insights that extend well beyond the software itself.

What to Expect:

45-minute live platform demonstration
Follow an end-to-end operational workflow, from mission planning and flight execution through compliance, reporting, and program management.

15-minute live Q&A
Bring your operational questions and speak directly with experienced Solutions Engineers who have helped agencies deploy and scale successful drone programs nationwide.
